The flue gas flow path of the YGL boilers hot oil furnaceThe fuel added through the furnace door burns in the furnace chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas absorbs heat after passing through the inner coil. The flow occurs through the channel between the inner and outer rings at the outlet of the inner coil pipe, forming the first return. It flows through the channel between the outer ring and the external insulation, forming the second return path. Finally, the flue gas enters the rear flue through the outlet smoke box, passes through the energy saver (or air preheater), the dust collector and the induced draft fan in sequence, and then enters the chimney. Finally, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The slag is shaken by the grate and falls into the foundation, and then the slag is discharged manually.
The main unit of the pot and furnace is divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the pot and furnace body itself, and the lower part is the combustion chamber base. The two parts are assembled and positioned on the user’s site, and an 830-850 thick aluminosilicate fiber layer is inserted between the two.
